I grew up in Alaska, raised by adventure and resilience. I'm a mom of three daughters, a traveler who's visited every state in the U.S. and explored Europe, and a collector of running shoes (for reasons I still laugh about). I find peace in adventure, yoga, hiking, beach days - anything where I do not have to think. Life has brought me through divorce, trauma, and plenty of ups and downs. These experiences led me to where I am today. Not only did I want to give back as a therapist, but it also shapes the way I show up as a therapist - what I needed when I felt like my world was crumbling down around me.

When you meet me, you will find that I am blunt, empathetic, caring, hilarious, bubbly, and unafraid to speak the truth. In the space I offer, you will not find any judgment, but rather compassion, dark humor, and laughter.

As a military spouse, I know the culture of struggle and silence, and I'm here to break that cycle by helping people open the doors they've kept closed. I see people as a tree trunk with some branches. When you start therapy, we will go down those fragile twigs growing on the branches, and we will help you open those leaves that are wanting to bloom.

Healing is not always sunshine and buttercups. There will be times where we are laughing so hard we may cry, and other times where it is extremely painful - but in this space, you are not alone. Healing, to me, is about relationships, resilience, and remembering that, like wolves, we survive best in connection.
